Message from the Chairman & CEO
July 1st, 2023 marked our one-year anniversary since the transition of State Bank of Bussey to Twin Cedars Bank. We want to thank our customers, employees, and stakeholders for their partnership in the past year.
Our team and 2,000+ customer accounts did an incredible job with the transition from the State Bank of Bussey to Twin Cedars Bank. At the same time, we continued to execute our strategic priorities, strengthen our relationships, and help everyone with their banking needs.
We will continue to expand our products, processes, and technologies to better serve our customers and community. Below are some key additions we have made for our customers:
- We hired new staff to serve our customers and bring more product and process knowledge to the bank.
- We created a new Twin Cedars Bank Mobile App .
- We created a new Mobile and Online Bill Pay tool.
- We brought in a Wealth Management and Trust Partnership with Carson Wealth Management.
- We added an insurance partnership with Atlas Insurance Group.
- We brought in Mobile Wallet programs for Debit and Credit Cards
- We added a Payments Processing product relationship for business customers that accept credit cards. Our new payment processing competes with Square and many other FinTech’s.
- We have added a Credit Card program which includes a competitive rewards card, a balance transfer card, a cash secured card and several other credit card options for you to choose from.
- We have increased our rates on Money Markets and CD Rates.
- We have added new loan programs with competitive rate options. This includes SBA 7a, SBA 504, USDA, FSA, Development Loans, Commercial Real Estate, Bridge Loans, amongst several other programs.
- And there is still more to come.
